📜 Terms & Condition

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

• A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Limo4Rides Singapore.

2. Payment

• Fares are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• Payment can be made by cash, PayNow, or other approved methods before or at the start of the service.

3. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for all bookings.

• Additional waiting time will be charged at SGD 20 per 30 minutes (or part thereof).

• For airport arrivals, meet & greet service includes up to 45 minutes waiting time from actual flight landing.

4. Cancellations & No-Show

• Cancellation made more than 24 hours before booking: no charge.

• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before booking: 50% of fare will be charged.

• No-show without cancellation: 100% of fare will be charged.

5. Luggage & Capacity

• Maximum of 6 passengers per vehicle (subject to luggage capacity).

• Please inform us in advance if you have oversized or excess luggage.

6. Conduct & Safety

• Smoking, eating, and drinking (except bottled water) are not permitted in the vehicle.

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

• Limo4Rides Singapore reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who behaves in a manner that may endanger the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

7. Liability

• While every effort will be made to ensure timely arrival, Limo4Rides Singapore is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Limo4Rides Singapore is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

8. Service Scope

• Services are limited to within Singapore unless otherwise agreed in writing.
